Arturo Moreno (born August 14, 1946) is an American businessman. Moreno was born in Tucson, Arizona, to a Mexican American family who immigrated from Mexico. His father ran a small print shop, and his grandfather owned Tucson’s first Spanish-language newspaper. Arturo Moreno graduated from high school in 1965, was drafted into the United States Army in 1966, and fought in the Vietnam War. After returning to civilian life in 1968, he enrolled at the University of Arizona, graduating in 1973 with a degree in marketing.
